Tag removal will void any warranty on an item
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase here at Clover! If you are not satisfied you can return the items to us. We have a 14 day refund policy. Please email email@example.com for instructions on how to submit your return.
*Please note that we can only accept returns on items that are in New Original Condition. The items cannot be worn or washed. They also need to have the original Clover tag still attached to the product.*
*IF THE TAGS ARE REMOVED WE WILL NOT REPLACE, REFUND, CREDIT OR EXCHANGE THE GARMENT*.
*WE CHARGE A $3.50 RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNED ORDERS*
THE RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND AMOUNT.
Clover is not responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges (from you to us, and from us back to you)
WE WILL DENY ANY RETURNED ITEM, NEW, DAMAGED, WORN, ETC.... IF THE ITEM HAS PET HAIR OR CIGARETTE SMELL. YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING SO WE CAN SHIP THE ITEM(S) BACK TO YOU OR WE WILL DISCARD THE ITEM(S).

If you receive a damaged or defective items please follow the steps below:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you receive a damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product.
Please include your name, order #, photos of the damage, photos of the tag still attached to the clothing and any supporting documentation that you have for your request. Please remember that missing information can delay the return process, thank you!
RETURN PROCESSING MAY TAKE 3-6 WEEKS.
